The Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee, on behalf of the Committee, is giving clear signs that they are aware that the Havana Syndrome is a domestic program in the United States, and it indicates that this needs to stop because it is "a threat against the health and the safety and security of the people of the United States." The letter also indicates that the Committee is aware that U.S. civilians on U.S. soil are becoming victims of the Havana Syndrome. It was about time that responsible people in government take strong action to stop these Crimes Against Humanity domestically in the United States. Obviously, for Congress to have to write such a letter, it is clear that these heinous crimes have been concealed from Congress. With a strong letter demanding answers as this one is, those behind these crimes would have to shut down this program, because there is too much evidence that has come out about this illegal and criminal Havana Syndrome AHI Program. It would be better for these rogue criminals to voluntarily end this program than continue in a state of insubordination against Congress and the American people, since they will absolutely get caught for committing these Crimes Against Humanity and they will finally be forced to stop by Congress. This is imperative because, as the Committee Chairman rightly said, "The AHI Havana Syndrome is a threat to the health, safety and security of the American people." It is interesting to see that DHS hides the facts about this program from the actual Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. With a letter as strong as this one from Congress we look forward to the continued actions of Congress to shut down this illegal and criminal program against the United States, together with its Covert Human Trafficking of Civilians for Profit and Human Exploitation.

I took it home and waited for it to ring and answered it and told the people on the other end I found their phone. Two crooked looking people not judging but still. came to get it. I know you can use Google maps to gain a person GPS latitude and Longitude coordinates and know within a meter or so where the person is. and I am sure with that knowledge hit you with a Microwave using knowledge the cops which they may get from the military and hit you so the v2k is more powerful or accurate.
I wish now I never picked that up. I am sure since I had several other odd things happen not long before this hit me again. Like an old friend of mine from the town I lived iin before moving here be at a place I was going to apply for a job. I asked him why he was here and he said to find out if it was true or not that I lived here. I also had some guy I was in jail with 20 or more years ago and forgot about come to our yard sale not long before this hit me again. I'd not recognized him while he was here but later on did. then he turn up living here in this trailer park. Then one night I'd heard what sounded like gunshots we had at least one drive by in here so... But I couldn't see anything at night so I waited until morning and began to walk out to see if I could see bullet holes in any doors and no sooner had I walked out there he was asking me what I was doing. I mean how'd he know I was walking up the walk if he wasn't gaslighting me or something. Meaning they most likely let off a m80 or something to make me think shots were fired. They have been here several times but not then I guess. I mean he was confrontational and was like what are you doing Doug. I'd said nothing at first but then I said I heard gunshots last night so trying to see if any holes were in any doors. He'd asked one guy and lyingly he said no and said he was asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow liar.
Plus the son of a bitches voice I've heard in my v2k at the start of this shit. His name for you all is Tod Frazer. His moms a snitchy women who works or did work for city hall and the cops. but he's in trouble a lot. most likely a cops snitch and a gangstalker for the cops. This a complex problem that’s difficult to tease apart. I was informed by a high ranking member of the DoD that electromagnetic weapons were being tested unethically. This was in the 1990’s! There is little doubt that each of the superpowers, including the US, have been developing, testing, and using them for years. But there is also a “split consciousness “ that complicates this. The President does not know everything that the intelligence agencies are doing, perhaps by design. Members of Congress do not know the whole picture either. In the letter, you term that these are "perceived acts of foreign aggression." I would be interested in knowing what evidence has been garnered to substantiate that these acts are foreign in genesis.
While many of the vetted "Havana Syndrome" victims are diplomats or have other ties to the US government, I must ask if you are aware that there are literally thousands of similar victims now who do not have this status and are alleging AHIs which are in many cases the same as reported by the vetted victims. Yet these every day citizens are being ignored and, in some cases, ridiculed by published reports and responses to their pleas for help. I would like to know what, if any, redress or assistance is available for these victims.

The term "perceived foreign attacks" is not my term, it's a direct quote from the letter by Green and Pfluger. If you read my comment to that particular portion of the letter, I am including a link to where this particular issue was hashed out (DHS committee hearing in May 2024, https://homeland.house.gov/hearing/silent-weapons-examining-foreign-anomalous-health-incidents-targeting-americans-in-the-homeland/). The hearing was followed up by a closed session, but unfortunately we don't have access that discussion.
