Whoever did had very deep pockets or was possibly a government entity. The broadcast messaging calling me a “lair, lair” was delivered louder than the segment playing on the radio and was in a male voice. In my opinion - it was a governmental agency with extraordinary powers behind it.
HAVANA Act was approved by the House as reimbursement in a vote of 427-0. “Havana Syndrome” signal as set of medical conditions and symptoms are known to me as System participant. An example of this element of targeting could be something as simple as a lead person developing a presentation with others and drafting talking points for each to use language, topics, suggestions and even colors and graphics which are sensitized to a specific target - based on the 24/7 brain hacking of the target individual. Or something more complex such as watching a live media event and a target’s exact thoughts and words start coming out of the mouths of well known talking heads in broadcast media outlets. Thank you for allowing me to state. Everyone can be mind controlled to a certain degree. This is powerful neural and subliminal messaging technology at play. When these issues happen on calls in my opinion that TI is being mind controlled into an outburst or the group was infiltrated by a perp there to cause trouble and divide. It’s meant to make the group counterproductive and cause trauma to others through chaos on calls. Crisis management tactics must come into play for any such individuals on the calls. Remind that person that are being mind controlled in that moment - and to rapidly blink their eyes and breath very deeply - so they have a greater awareness of what is happening to them and how to take back control of themselves.
