I learned what I had been describing privately in notes on my phone and in a handwritten journal. Things such as it feels like a force field around me or something, headaches that hurt like the closest comparable was migraine but I have had migraines and it was not the same, and that my memory was weird at times-but I did not even know about Havana syndrome for quite some time after I learned it was very similar to what I had been describing symptoms of. For those of you who suffer from this, I am curious about a detail I can observe and if it could possibly be related or if it is just some weird observable phenomena. Use a black light flashlight (I can actually observe this without anything as what I can only describe as a disturbance in the air but I can see that this goes in a straight line direction without one). I sold that place and moved where I am now in a mini farm residential area. I see 2 wifi connections from VSat, a satellite internet service from 2 neighbors. It is apparent that they have signal extenders close enough to me that I see full signal wifi, even though their homes are 1000 to 1200 ft from my home. I bought Swann 8 camera corded surveillance systems (2) and hooked them up so I could see most of my 3 acres. It ran perfectly for 2 months and I simply randomly checked past recordings so I get used to the system. I do not have internet service so not connected and the system instruction said it could only be connected with a hard line no wireless connectivity. Getting to long here so I will wrap up. We agreed that he would simply note hearing loss and acute Tinnitus in the referring paperwork. I had no problem getting the appointment. I drove down the night before so I could find the place. When I hit the turnpike the searing electrical sound in my head quickly become unbearable. I pulled over, only to discover I was right next to a 5G tower. Dr Hoffers office is in a multi level health facility, with a multi level parking garage next to the medical complex. I got on the elevator on the ground floor and I can't remember what floor he was on but thinking 8th. Probably wrong. When I got off the elevator and approached the front desk, I thought I was going to pass out. I began the shake uncontrollably as I approached a young man with a bow tie on. I sat to wait to be checked in completing paperwork, ID, Insurance and had to hold the counter as I could not controll my shaking. I even find the criminals taking control over my phone and trying to rewrite my texts like they are trying to change my language to entrap me. They change words in real time as a type. I work to catch it and change back before sending. Same with my emails. Same with my comments on this platform. Steve, I am shocked and saddened for you and your doctor. He was gone overnight. It sounds like he was most likely targeted because he was helping you. Anyone that loves me and helps me including my little dog(s) …. Get targeted to a certain degree. The targeting of my little dogs has been brutal. These are hate crimes. I have had many that have loved me die. And, have seen the deaths of loved ones of very close friends and extended family members. In my opinion based on what I have learned in research. In my opinion they were murdered and suicided by this program when unleashed on them. Almost all of my male friends have passed away. My last two boyfriends have died - I no longer that sort of companionship because of this program. And, she was also publicly mobbed with staged approach to her vehicle, which they tried to damage when leaving my home, here. It’s an effort in my opinion to keep us terrified and terrorized they will targeted the people we love most in this world to control us and modify behavior when there is nothing wrong with our behavior. I have found that they obviously have a standard operating procedure they follow as our experiences are so much alike. I went for the longest time not knowing what was going on thinking I was the only one here in the US faced with this. It started as electronic harassment then shortly led to gangstalking. I watched the Florida state legislative session and heard the governor (Rick Scott) asking the VA Administrtor how the Cyber Warrior recruiting was going. After researching it was retired Veterans, Young and older, national guardsman etc. Then I quickly noticed that the majority of those following me had Veteran license plates. They were even following me in stores. I am shopping and generally fill the cart full and the same guy would have an empty cart and I would see him in every department. Whe.n being followed on the road I would make multiple right hand turns and they would too.....then I would pull over and get behind them. The last time I noticed this while in the country and knew my way around. I put my truck in four wheel drive and drove down a dirt road that I knew had a sandy patch.....really bad. I drove through and seen he was still following and when I had made it through the sand patch, I stopped forcing him to stop.....and I proceeded and he was stuck. I left him there. I have a lot of respect for Veterans as my father and his 2 brothers retired from the Military. If they see anything that really gets under your skin, they keep doing it.
I had a foot reconstructed by a Professor at the University of Florida Shands Hospital. Following my Surgery and after the Professor/Surgeon was able to wake me up out of anesthesia to tell me everything went well. I stayed awake and was supposed to be taken to recovery but that did not happen. I cannot detail what happened on here but it was bad and I nearly died. W I thin 2 weeks I began hearing crickets in my home while trying to recover. This was the beginning of what would be Havana Syndrome.
Yes I have to watch my dogs closely as well. My property is completely fenced. I let the red coon hound out just before dark, called her in and in less than 5 minutes she threw up a large pasta noodle, red sauced food filled with red and green peppers right on the carpet. She loves food and and it didn't even look like she chewed it. My neighbor whose property borders three sides on mine and the road in the front, told me one day, "It is my job to make you miserable" before I could even say anything he said "in fact it is my life's mission to make you miserable" then pointed to my house and said, "go in your house and die of misery". It is no surprise that I pulled and hauled off right at 12 tons of invasive weeds last year and weeds that I have never even seen here in Florida in all of my adult life. Nonetheless, I still pray for the man, he truly is disturbed. I have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Years ago I would have said, "kids, have me a bunch of grand babies, but I have told them to please have no more. It saddens me to think what the future holds. I'd start with taking down HAARP all facilities all around the world first. he's got info on that about the time within a year or two after HAARP came live that's when people began to hear the Hum... They down play it as people hearing the worlds rotation, but it's HAARP. On Wikipedia, there is a short audio file on the sounds it makes an the same chirpy crap I hear and you can hear it in my v2k videos too sounds the same... you will hear the same in Charlies videos too as well. AI I think lathed onto HAARP and ride along it's signal torturing people. He calls them just AI chat bots and everyone of my videos has the same damned voices in his elf videos I hear as well.

I always thought modified HAARP played a role in V2K and the Havana Syndrome. I think it piggy backs off of ultrasonic and supersonic E frequencies the military is using.

How do I approach Dr. Hoffer to get an appointment?
Kenneth, I live in Florida but still several hours (9+) to drive down. I had my primary care Dr. fax a referral to Dr. Hoffer's office. We agreed that he would simply note hearing loss and acute Tinnitus in the referring paperwork. I had no problem getting the appointment. I drove down the night before so I could find the place. When I hit the turnpike the searing electrical sound in my head quickly become unbearable. I pulled over, only to discover I was right next to a 5G tower. Dr Hoffers office is in a multi level health facility, with a multi level parking garage next to the medical complex. I got on the elevator on the ground floor and I can't remember what floor he was on but thinking 8th. Probably wrong. When I got off the elevator and approached the front desk, I thought I was going to pass out. I began the shake uncontrollably as I approached a young man with a bow tie on. I sat to wait to be checked in completing paperwork, ID, Insurance and had to hold the counter as I could not controll my shaking. I had my phone but turned off and I turned it on and checked for wifi, not that I wanted to use it but there were pages and pages (scrolling) of full signal wifi connections assumed to be from the multiple levels of the building. I wasn't sure I would make it home afterwards. My inner ears swelled shut and was so nauseated. I had to use the anti tinnitus v2k CD with headphones all the way there and back home.

Thinking aloud; I wonder if the governments legal team knows how many people in the USA have been diagnosed with Havana Syndrome by the University of Miami and the medical
teams at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania? Are they calling into question the credibility and the credentials of the medical doctors assigned by the state department to render such diagnosis's? Are they calling the doctors the same sort of derogatory names they like to use when speaking about targeting individuals with directed weapons then doubling down with increased gang stalking, illegal home entries- and in my opinion - the horrific DEW assaults on our children and our pets when we move forward - at our own expense mind you to be evaluated for Havana Syndrome? These are hate crimes against both federal employees, private citizens - and those who love us. Including our dogs!
