"Supporting the front line against terrorism: that’s what the Terrorist Screening Center, or TSC, is all about. Born out of the events of 9/11 and created in 2003, the TSC maintains the U.S. government’s consolidated Terrorist Watchlist—a single database of identifying information about those known to be or reasonably suspected of being involved in terrorist activity."

"The Terrorist Watchlist (also known as the Terrorist Screening Database, or TSDB), contains

thousands of records that are updated daily and shared with federal, state, local, territorial, and

tribal law enforcement; intelligence community members; and international partners to ensure that

individuals with links to terrorism are appropriately screened. The No Fly and Selectee Lists are

two much smaller subsets of the Watchlist."

"There are approximately 420,000 individuals on the Terrorist Watchlist."

I have an FBI whistle blower on the FBI website where they refer to it as the TSDB. See the pucture on my YouTube channel@havanamarlena

The 22 false and misleading statements proves the depths of corruption and deception that had invaded our judicial system and the due process of law. We are dancing on the edge of fascism.

Thanks for drawing attention to the "littered with" blanketed slur. Reprehensible. Implies trash or worse & is a telltale sign that Judge Rosenthal never took her responsibility seriously. The government has never been good at policing themselves for obvious reasons. Requires transcendental perseverance.

Yes, there is a good case to be made that the district court decision, which is a clear continuation (if not the product!) of legal writings of the government defendants represents hate speech toward a group with common features ( we all allege we are on the TSDB, we have similar experiences, and we call ourselves Targeted Individuals). This is a textbook definition hate speech, and the government is engaged in it, instead of protecting us from it!

"Circumstantial evidence is used in criminal courts to establish guilt or innocence through reasoning. With obvious exceptions (immature, incompetent, or mentally ill individuals), most criminals try to avoid generating direct evidence. Hence, the prosecution usually must resort to circumstantial evidence to prove the existence of mens rea, or intent."

A popular misconception is that circumstantial evidence is less valid or less important than direct evidence, which is popularly assumed to be the most powerful, but this is not the case. Many successful criminal prosecutions rely largely or entirely on circumstantial evidence, and civil charges are frequently based on circumstantial or indirect evidence. The common metaphor for the strongest possible evidence in any case—the "smoking gun"—is an example of proof based on circumstantial evidence. Similarly, fingerprint evidence, videotapes, sound recordings, photographs, and many other examples of physical evidence that support the drawing of an inference, i.e., circumstantial evidence, are considered very strong possible evidence.

In practice, circumstantial evidence can have an advantage over direct evidence in that it can come from multiple sources that check and reinforce each other."

Clearly negligent; whether by callous disregard for due process or by willful intent.
