When you cover your ears the sound can be heard and when your head is covered with aluminum foil you still hear it... I remember a medical doctor show me a device 20 years ago...He said son would you like to hear some music through your toes instead of your ears... That said it seems unless your in a faraday cage always they can get to you. RR
Of course, they don't mention testing on humans without their consent. Perhaps a FOIA could elicit info on that. I doubt it.
Normies tend to think that the military would never use unconsenting guinea pigs, but don't seem to ask themselves the question "who would consent to be tested, willingly?".
