NeuroStrike Weapons are Deployable and Operational

US Gov’t swiftly responds with silence!

It appears that the Havana Syndrome media splash, that began in 2017 after reports of “mysterious brain illness” afflicting the US Embassy personnel stationed in Cuba, is somewhat over. It left most Americans confused and torn between thinking whether there is a real weapon(s) or weapon systems  behind these attacks, or if these are psychogenic cases reminiscent of “mass hysteria”, wrapped in a more politically correct language.

It became overwhelmingly clear that the Intelligence Agencies want the issue to go away, and for the general public to forget about the possibility that such weapons exist, that they are operational, and owned by multiple countries, including the US herself.

Anyway, independently of state propaganda trying their best to cloud the issue, those who pay attention, know better that these weapons are real, and the brain damage they cause is permanent. After all, the 2016 Congressional Act of Acquisition of Directed Energy Systems (DEWS) gives us a straightforward definition:

"Directed energy weapon system" means military action using highly focused sound, electromagnetic, or particle-beam energy to incapacitate, damage, or destroy enemy equipment, facilities, or personnel.

There you go - Directed Energy Weapon Systems capable of incapacitating personnel and damaging brains remotely, from unspecified distance, are hardly a secret to the congress and the Pentagon. More of an open secret, really. All you have to do is ask the government officials the right question. But no journalist admitted to the press conferences where this question must be asked, have the cohones to disturb the status quo.

That takes us to the present day.. The Washington Times got hold of the report written by three intelligence analysts disclosing the operational readiness of brain damaging bioweapons based on directed pulsed microwave beamforming technology that they called “NeuroStrike” weapons, borrowing the term from Robert McCreight, associated with the National Security Research Institute who advises NATO on the emerging technologies.

NeuroStrike refers to the engineered targeting of warfighters and civilian brains using distinct non-kinetic technology to impair cognition, reduce situation awareness, inflict long term neurological degradation and fog normal cognitive functions.

The two definitions are “strikingly” similar, but NeuroStrike expands on the neurological effects of this technology, and the massively distributed human-computer interfaces to control the entire population or a specific person, as well as a range of weapons specifically designed to cause cognitive damage. It’s not clear what the Chinese actually call this technology, but I welcome the use of the term NeuroStrike. The same term is befitting the “personnel” part of the DEWS definition given in the Act of 2016.

So, why do we need multiple definitions for essentially the same technology? Is it to pull a veil of confusion over public awareness about the advancements in weaponized neurotech? Is it to pacify an ordinary citizen that this is some obscure fringe technology that would unlikely be used on the general population? The report claims the difference: these weapons are designed to be utilized over the near-term current state strategic circumstances. It can means only one thing: NeuroStrike weapons are deployable and operational TODAY!

But here is what’s most frustrating: There is a complete silence from every government agency supposedly still investigating “Havana Syndrome”, as if AHIs, DEWs, and NeuroStrike were completely unrelated things.

Where are the swarms of journalists asking the DOD, the CIA, and all the other agencies involved to comment on the findings in this report? Nope, it’s business is usual. The government is playing possum. And I am tired this silent hypocrisy

“We’ll get to the bottom of this”, - phrase repeated by every government operative investigating Havana Syndrome sounds like a pre-planned lie to hide the existence of these weapons from the public.

I am the public, I am formally diagnosed with Havana Syndrome, and I am not tolerating this lie anymore. I am a plaintiff in the historic lawsuit “Targeted Justice v Garland” - that’s my response to government’s hypocritical silence and the avoidance game they play.
