So what's the criteria of them waiving someone to that list? Anyone know? Just having something on your record or how long? I mean god damn they shouldn't be able to if it's so old they were most likely kids when it supposedly happened. 20-30 years ago should not be allowed to waive you on any frickiing list. Mine is nothing like a terrorist act at all, so why would I be placed on this crap?

Here in the UK it is a struggle to find the support all of us so desperately need. Each and every time I pursue this situation obstruction and further torture is implimented. Like yourselves we need a strong leadership in presenting our cases to the UK courts.

Not watched it yet so I take it the Fifth Circuit dismissed us? Is this the Supreme Court of Texas, or the US Supreme Court?
