I have noticed other public figures that are intimately familiar with the CIA, or perhaps other intelligence agencies or the FBI, are willing to speak freely about past transgressions of these agencies. These public figures, one who comes to mind being James Risen (author of The Last Honest Man), in my opinion seem to either purposely or naively (unlikely) fail to critique these agencies in their modern form sufficiently.
Oh, it's way beyond experimentation, it's full blown Watchlist Government Surveillance organized crime burglaries, hate crimes, vandalism, drug , sex and burglary trafficking, and even I can attest to an attempted murder with lab test antibodies I developed from being poisoned, and horrendous ongoing medical bills to stop the antibodies with expensive IV drug treaments.
