They do love to artificially increase heart rate. I have been saved by the fact that my job requires a lot of physical activity, but I have noticed when I try to rest and watch a movie or documentary they try to accelerate my heart rate as much as they can. It feels like a random panic attack for no reason even though I have no history of panic attacks. Luckily the v2k let's me know it's not my body freaking out for no reason, nor is it just in my head. I highly, highly recommend as much physical exercise as possible for targets. Lots of exercise minimizes the chance they can give you a heart attack at all. It will give the target a naturally lower beating heart rate. The exertion is also cathartic for the merciless verbal assault. I can't recommend physical labor enough for targeted individuals. A good cup of chamomile lavender tea goes a long way too :)
