My name is Jeff C Smith and me and my family have been Targeted here in Los Angeles for 30 years! They Kidnapped my Mother 2 times and Murdered her the second time! They started to brainwash my Daughter when she was 5 years old and interrogated her at a private Catholic school at the age of 5. They started experimenting on me in 97 and used me as a test subject inflicting great bodily harm to me from head to toe!
They sedated me and my family each and every night after midnight for at least 5 hours for the past 13 years since 2010. All the Discrimination across the board along with no privacy and the complete takeover of all our personal information and electronics has been going on since 2001. We have evidence of all of this and more! They stole 100 SD Cards with 7000 hours of film of me and my family discussing our daily events and what exactly happened on each and every day! I have hundreds of journals written by the 3 of us since 2010 and hundreds of disc's and SD cards that all show and tell the colorful truth of exactly how they terroristicly destroyed our lives in the most gruesome and painful way possible! The mental anguish and physical pain are off the charts!
They committed thousands of class A felonies that all carry special circumstances and now they want to destroy all the evidence!
If anyone dares to dispute or refute my families truth, I will absolutely dismantle you in the courtroom!
That's a promise!

My overall impression of the judge's decision is that it wasn't a decision based on law, she was using law in an attempt to justify her decision - an important distinction.
Just remember that empathy is for who you decide to offer it to. You aren't obligated to offer it to anyone & neither is anyone else.
