Nikki Hayley who is running for the President in 2024, acknowledged the existence of Chinese Non-Kinetic Neuroweapons known as Neurostrike, very similar to Havana Syndrome causing weapons. (Correct medical terminology for Havana Syndrome and related directed energy-caused trauma is Non-Kinetic Brain Injury, or NKBI).

However, at no point Nikki, or the journalist Sam Putterman covering this story for Politifact ask the most obvious questions:

Does US possess these weapons?
Do we use them?
How are they being tested?

At this point, it’s an open secret that the US tests them on innocent non-consenting civilians widely known as Targeted Individuals, under the illegal pretense that they are "suspected terrorists" listed in the TSDB (Terrorist Screening Data Base) maintained and distributed by the FBI (see our coverage of the court case Targeted Justice v.
