It’s all about “The List”
Targeted Justice Historic Lawsuit from the standpoint of a plaintiff
Recently, Ana Toledo, the Attorney for the plaintiffs, and Richard Lighthouse of TargetdJustice.com, issued a video press release and FAQs re. the lawsuit filed in the US District of Texas on January 11, 2023.
I am not a lawyer, and my writing will be reviewed by Ana Toledo before it’s released.
The purpose of this article is to try making sense of the specific allegations that the lawsuit makes and some that it doesn’t (although many assume the latter). This is my personal way as a non-legally minded person to explain and process the claims made in a lawsuit which I am a part of. I also think this plain non-legalese clarification is important for understanding why Targeted Individuals everywhere might want to support the lawsuit, even though their particular names don’t appear among the plaintiffs.
It’s all about “The List”.
I have to admit that though I heard about “The List” before, I haven’t spent much time researching it until I talked to and read court filing prepared by Ana.
So let’s get familiar with “The List”, which is central to the lawsuit.
From Wikipedia:
The Terrorist Screening DataBase (TSBD) is the central terrorist watchlist consolidated by FBI's Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) and used by multiple agencies to compile their specific watchlists and for screening. As of 2017, there were about 1.16 million people on the TSDB; the great majority are foreigners, but the list also includes approximately 4,600 U.S. persons. (However, these numbers are likely incorrect, as they don’t add up with numbers from other sources).
TSBD is the all-encompassing database used by multiple agencies. The present lawsuit argues, based on a statement given under oath, that “TSDB contains information of individuals who constitute “an exception” to the “reasonable suspicion standard” “who are not considered ‘known or suspected terrorists’” and “are not screened as such”.
Without claiming to know who performs life-long experimentation, torture, psyop operations, and surveillance of Targeted Indivuduals, the lawsuit alleges that torture, experimentation, and surveillance are being conducted BECAUSE these individuals (who have no connection with terrorism) are on the TSBD Watchlist, under a category referred to as “Non-Investigative Subjects”. There is currently no redress procedure available to find out if an individual is on “The List”, how he or she was nominated to be on “The List”, and how one could petition to take one’s name off “The List”.
It’s obvious that creating a list that restricts one’s human and civil rights without alerting the person and having an opportunity to dismiss “the allegations”, since they don’t even know what these allegations are, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and creates de-facto parallel judicial system.
Targeted Justice and Ana Toledo will argue this in front of the jury of our peers, and disclose all the illegal aspects of “The List”. The success of this lawsuit would pave a realistic legal way for all targeted individuals to walk toward their freedom.
That’s it in a nutshell. Without going into the nitty gritty of the case I attempted to explain its core so it would be easier for anyone to grasp.
I hope I accomplished my goal.
Thank you, for speaking out! I look forward to reading what you have to say sir!! I’m so tired of being called crazy, we need all the help we can get 🙏😊
I do appreciate you standing up for targeted individuals. Same as you, I have been targeted for over a year now and have been inhumanely tortured and forced from my condo because the high-pitched ringing and cicada, 100lb mosquito sound, chirping was intolerable. I had the circuit breaker in the house which I believe amplified it 10-fold. I do not understand why only 17 names were chosen when over 450 people have had their lives highjacked and experimented on. I would think it would be more impressive to have the 450 registered targeted individuals be a part of the lawsuit than just 17 to drive the point across. I have video evidence of the attacks, the satellite drone spinning and pulsating and my ultrasonic recorder that captured parts of the sounds and one particular sound which is almost exactly like the untethered electricity I hear at times but the sound I hear is a little higher pitched. I have also filed FIOA with the FBI, Homeland Security and DOJ and requested my name be taken off the list. I sent letters to many senators with my concern and have not gotten a response of help yet. I spend all my weekends trying to make it more barrable to live with the attacks. This lawsuit was my hope. I work in a hospital and have been a respiratory therapist for over 17 years and have gone above and beyond for my patients as people would tell you. This all started after I went on Twitter during the pandemic and tweeted with people around the world, wanting to understand their beliefs and culture. I am no terrorist and never engaged in terrorist activity or promoted terrorism. I want peace in the world. Someone started coming to my Twitter account posing as the military dressed in uniform holding guns and saying hi. My phone was hacked and soon after that I had my first attack on 10-3-2021. I want justice and I have put up with this torture almost on a daily basis since then. I sleep under layers of metal, soundproofing material, water bottles, ect to dampen the sound so I can sleep. I would see the lawsuit through and not give up just like you. We all need our voice to be heard in court.
