Havana Syndrome: NatSec vs. Public Safety

Notes from Total Information Control Conference, Dec 9, 2022

I gave a presentation titled “Havana Syndrome and my personal journey”. I spoke about how information about this novel syndrome had evolved since the end of 2016 when “Patient Zero” experienced his first devastating attack; and all the way to today when we have a mainstream news outlet (MSN) openly asking question that has been on everybody’s mind: Is it CIA experimentation? I also spoke about my personal case, how diagnosis was made, what methods were used, and how media and intelligence agencies responded to my story. I also outlined my strategy to end this torturous experimentation on civilians.

There were two significant takeaways from the conference for me:

1. Dr Armin Krishnan gave us the mechanisms by which government secrecy is being preserved, and how future attempts to change it through legal or congressional means are doomed to fail. So I asked him how an inherent conflict between national security and public safety in the case of Havana Syndrome (when general public is affected) may play out in the court of public opinion. His response was less than optimistic. Dr Krishnan made an argument that public opinion is formed by the media, which is, in fact, controlled by the intelligence agencies. That made me think that appealing to mainstream media is a losing proposition, which also makes alternative media channels like this (substack) more valuable.

2. Dr Astrid Stuckleburger with her vast experience at WHO and UN, unequivocally declared that nanoparticles of graphene oxide have been found in mRNA products, as detected and replicated by multiple scientists in multiple countries. When I asked her what was the mechanism that allowed pharmaceutical companies to omit this ingredient from the label/formula of their medical products, she answered: widespread corruption.
