Transcript from the 2nd Symposium on DEW and Neurotech Targeting Civilians, Oct 22, 2022

Len Ber MD, Opening Statement:

My name is Len Ber. It's an honor to be a part of this panel.

I have been a target of directed energy, voice to skull, synthetic telepathy, and remote mind control and intervention since 2019. I am also one of the few civilians diagnosed with Havana Syndrome, which happened in 2020. The diagnosis was made by the same expert who diagnosed Cuban Diplomats who were medevac’d from Cuba. I have received the same diagnosis, based on the vestibular function abnormalities that constitute a brain injury. And later I was diagnosed with traumatic encephalopathy, once again, due to directed energy attacks.

I am currently on medical leave. I'm having a hard time performing cognitive tasks. I just did a follow up qEEG scan which indicates continuous brain damage. qEEG is an electrical neuroimaging method, and it showed about 20% more broken connections in the brain compared to 6 months ago, due to continuous directed energy attacks.

The message I want to take to the media, to the public, to the physicians, to the politicians is that this is a public safety issue. This is my main goal. I'm mostly talking about Havana Syndrome because I have irrefutable evidence for it that cannot be swept under the rug. I understand that this doesn't even start covering everything that we as targeted individuals going through and face every day, but you have to start somewhere. This is my path, this is what I am laser focused on.

My goal is to make the government to acknowledge domestic civilian cases of Havana Syndrome. That should open the door to investigation, and ultimately to a Congressional hearing. Basically, it has to become a political issue because it affects everybody. If it happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

I think an average person thinks, well, if it happens to me, I'll just call the police. Guess what, the police is not going to help, the FBI is not going to help. I have case open it up at the FBI. I have cases open at my both US. House of Representative office, and at my US Congresswoman's office.

I also got a referral to Professor Giordano, who is a renowned neuroweapon expert and a Neurology Professor at Georgetown University in DC. He reviewed my case, found it real, validated, and forwarded it to the DOD. Twice. I have not heard from the DOD since.

So, I'm working with people in the media. It really has to become a mainstream message, and we need to make the public aware of the reality of this inhumane atrocity.

This has been a great panel. It’s been really good being a part of it. My heart goes out to all targeted individuals.

I would like to offer a suggestion: if somebody experiences Havana Syndrome symptoms, the evidence of these attacks is in your brain. You can’t confuse it for anything else. There's no experiential equivalent, no neurological disorder that will produce these kinds of experiences: extremely intense vibrations of your entire body and the head, instability, etc. There's just nothing like it.

And if you are one of these people who experience it (and you can find the description in the literature) then go to an otoneurologist and check if you have symptoms of concussion and your vestibular organs are shut down.

That's exactly the evidence that we need to collect. We need to present it to the government and say: this the same thing that happened to Cuban Diplomats and spies. It's happening here domestically.

If you have a problem talking to your physician, I am available to help. I just published an article about the inadequacy of an average physician’ mindset, who are not prepared to deal with the use of neuroweapons against general population.

I would encourage somebody who experiences Havana Syndrome domestically, to go to a otoneurologist/dizziness specialist , and collect the evidence. And that will be the evidence you did not produce, because you are a biased party. It will be the evidence that an expert produced. And with this kind of evidence you will have a validated case. So if we have multiple cases, we will force the government to acknowledge the use of neuroweapons domestically. We desperately need our government to investigate and protect us from this atrocity.
